Exercise for stress relief, emotional reset, to feel good and surround yourself with a support system. We are all working out in a group setting to help each other achieve our individual goals. Anyone can do it, if you have a will! Soccer moms, firefighters, kids, lawyers, and grandmas can all do CrossFit. We are all athletes, but more importantly we all need fitness to achieve a higher quality of life. At Flatlander Athletics, workouts can be modified to your current fitness level. Having the diversity of athletes in the gym creates a dynamic and uplifting atmosphere.
Prior to joining group classes, you will be instructed by your coach on the mechanics of CrossFit movements in one-on-one sessions. You will learn how to safely perform movements like deadlift, pull-ups, squats, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, powerlifting, olympic lifting, and many more.
